Stealing?

This board was a little bland so I thought I would make it more exciting with.... A question!

Do you believe that 'borrowing' or taking items from your close family and not intending to give them back is stealing?

For example if your parents gave you $10 dollars to buy some bread that costs $6 (they are pirates and don't have a lot of bread at sea) and when you get back from your voyage they don't ask for the change is keeping the change stealing?

i voted no but it could be both yes and no, cause with money it's no but with other things it could be yes like my brothers blade (he still hasn't realized and i've had it for 5months) =D
