We have a lot of brainpower here, and though they say that fish is brainfood, I have to say that exotic and alien ideas have fed my brain better than anything else ever has. So, warm up your brain for testing. Have fun. Don't spam. Don't swear ultimate revenge on someone because they disagree with you. Don't be an ass.
There aren't really any official rules, but here are some basic ground rules anyway:
* DO NOT SPAM. Spam is considered anything less than a paragraph of complex sentences/ideas. Do NOT just post to say "I agree" or "I disagree"; the whole point of this thread is to spark intelligent discussion; if you can't provide reasons for any sort of basis of your arguement, then don't support it. In the words of Abraham Lincoln, "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt."
* Do NOT start another issue in the same topic as an existing one! Otherwise, spam becomes an issue, not necessarily forum spam, but too many thoughts interrupting each other, as some poor fool tries to argue one point but cannot help thinking about several others, and so gets sidetracked and loses all sort of direction. That's why we have a section for these threads, rather than a singular thread.
* Do NOT get into flame wars! If you come to a standoff with someone, don't keep restating your case, start a new topic! You're not going to get anywhere, and there's no point in starting horrible vengeances and death fueds with each other. After all, "An eye for an eye only makes the whole world blind." We are a clan, first and foremost, NOT enemies.
* By posting here, you are claiming to have read and considered all previous posts (excepting censored phrases/deleted posts) before formulating your reply. You WILL be held accountable for having done so, and may suffer consequences for posting without doing so.
