Hello fellow KFL lovers! I'm a drummer, computer programmer (java/c++/html/css), CNC programmer (by trade), classic car freak, PC gamer, annnd long time fan of the KFL mod.
After a ton of reading and trial and error (and a ton of help from Coroner, who's server Coroner's Morgue won me over with it's KFLvCM) I was able to have fun with my own copy of KFL on my own server. Many friends liked it, and I was in the process of making myself a KFL version when the Halloween update came. I tried following along with a thread on TWI's killing floor modding subforum, but alot was lost on me, so I have decided to set my server to run vanilla KF until someone is kind enough to release a fixed version, or I get enough time to try and fix it myself.
(I apologize if linking to another forum is frowned upon; I read the rules for introductions but didn't read any Forum Rules so I don't know >_>)
Thanks for reading, and I hope to see some of you folks in the game! I have only played 6 maps on your USA server, but I have already met a friendly Aussie admin, and been invited to the Aussie server where more users play (so I've been told), and I can certainly respect the time that went into making this mod, so, much respect to you guys.
