It would be a good idea to have set matches to recruit in new members and just have 1 or a few admins to watch over in spectate mode.

i vote that we only need a minimum of 1 admin, that way we don't have to all be there doing a job 1 person could manage, I'll volunteer happily, though if you say saturday nights i'm gonna have to slap you demon
