Admittedly I don't play that much mod servers. I normally stick to Game Arena suicidal due to my killing floor not saving custom maps so I have to re-download each time I want to play the map.

I have uninstalled kf and I am reinstalling now so hopefully that will fix the problem.

That won't be necessary, i will upload a program that will grab the files you downloaded from the mod server's, so you can save them, so you keep them forever. Then just paste them accordingly to the correct folders.
